As a community, SciPy advances scientific and analytic computing through the development and promotion of open source Python software. The annual SciPy Conference brings together academic and industry users to present their latest advances, learn from skilled users and developers and collaborate on advancing the ecosystem. By providing a forum for developers to share their Python expertise with the wider commercial, academic and research communities, this conference fosters collaboration and facilitates the sharing of new ideas for creating new software components and analytic techniques.

The SciPy Job Fair and sponsor tables continue to be an overwhelming success. If your company benefits from the Python Open Source Libraries, consider giving back by funding the attendance of sprint leaders and core developers at our programming sprints. Sprints gather together core developers and others interested in the specific library or package to push forward new features or improve the existing code base. If you would like to include an ad in our program, please send a copy no later than Monday, June 6. The ad will be printed in grayscale and should the following sizes with some margin. A border of some sort is recommended to set it off.

Your sponsorship includes passes to the conference. After payment is received, you will be emailed a sponsor category password. If you need the password, please email [email protected].

SPONSOR TABLE
Gold and Platinum level sponsorship includes a sponsor table during the job fair and the conference. The table will be set up for you by 7:00am on Wednesday, July 13. We will provide the table, two chairs, a table drape and a sign. You are welcome to bring pop up banners, table decorations and non-food give aways. The job fair will run concurrently with the poster session on Wednesday evening from 5:30-6:30pm. Take down will be by 5:00pm on Friday, July 15, although you are welcome to pack up earlier to suit your travel plans. The Exhibitor and Shipping Information form from the AT&T Center may be found here in case you would like to ship any of your materials directly to the venue.

GIFT BAG
Lastly, you are welcome to also send an item for our gift bag. Many companies include pens, stickers, post it notes, t-shirts, etc. If you would like to include an item, please send it to the address below by June 16. We are currently estimating around 800 attendees for the conference and tutorials.
